Land use permits, barns, and storage structures are our special interest. The structure in the photo is the first one designed and engineered for California, using a large concrete Ultra Block base and a wood structure above.

   Built to last generations, the structure resides in the Briones Valley off of Bear Creek Road. It was designed and built for new environmental compliance on a commercial horse ranch.

   Being a part of the equine community has put us in touch with the needs and requirements that barn and ranch owners have to abide by in order to maintain their use permits. Shakertown siding comes in 8' panels and installs faster than regular single shingles. This product came pre-stained in Cabot brand "Beach Grey". The siding installation is part of a whole house remodel in Diablo.
